Refund policy

In accordance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

How to initiate a return: Contact us at edineusamiranda4@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
